West on M25 at Junction 7/8 - head west then north on M25 orbital to Junction 16.

Head south on M1 to Junction 6A

Alternate route
Head south on M1 to Junction 6A.
Take M25 south to Junction 18. Head west on A404 for Amersham and High Wycombe.
Follow A404 into central High Wycombe (down Amersham Hill ).
Then follow signs for A40 ( Oxford ) on West Wycombe Road.
