Simon Thomas and Fred Satow of RSM Bentley Jennison & Co were appointed Joint Administrators of Fardell Hotels Limited t/a Ambassador Court Hotel (the "Company") on 3 September 2009. The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators who contract as agents of the Company without personal liability. The Administrators are continuing to trade the business in order to achieve a sale of the business on a going concern basis.
